Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to consumers through face-to-face interactions in residential neighborhoods. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers at their homes to present and promote company offerings
• Clearly communicate the benefits, features, and pricing of products/services
• Build rapport with customers and answer any questions or concerns they may have
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions
• Accurately complete and submit sales orders and required documentation
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams
• Uphold a professional and positive image of the company at all times Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
• Willingness to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
