Key Responsibilities: * Identify & Prospect Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential clients in various industries across global markets. Establish relationships with key decision-makers and lead business development efforts. * Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and expand the client base. Present staffing solutions and customize them to fit each client's unique requirements. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive high-quality staffing services and support. * Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assessing their staffing needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Understand client business operations, culture, and staffing challenges to propose the best-fit talent solutions. * Negotiation & Contracting: Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and manage pricing strategies for staffing services globally. Ensure contracts align with company policies and profitability targets. * Market Insights & Trends: Stay informed about global staffing industry trends, challenges, and emerging markets. Share insights with clients to help them stay competitive and make informed hiring decisions. * Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, HR) to ensure the timely and effective delivery of staffing solutions that meet client expectations. * Reporting & Analytics: Track sales activities and performance. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales progress, pipeline status, and market feedback. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. * Strong understanding of global staffing trends, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce solutions. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize sales opportunities effectively. * Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of client interactions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global business environment. * Willingness to travel internationally as needed. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Preferred Skills: * Experience in global staffing or human resources solutions. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages spoken in key global markets Compensation: * Annual salary of 80k with additional bonus opportunity up to 200k.
