About the Role

Infiniti Roofing & Restoration is seeking motivated Roofing Sales Canvasser. This position is for a motivated, enthusiastic individual that seeks an opportunity to increase their earning potential and be a part of a growing team. The perfect candidate will have a winning attitude and be able to effectively set appointments for our sales team to assist homeowners with their roofing needs. Must be comfortable canvassing neighborhoods for roofing sales. This is a door to door sales position. Our team is perfect for a candidate looking to start a career in sales. Selected candidates will receive a $75.00 per scheduled appointment and $200.00 per approved insurance claim. Roofing Sales Canvasser

Duties

:

• Utilize canvassing software to approach homeowners and set appointments for roof inspections
• Able to identify homeowner pain points and adequately overcome objections
• Meet appointment quotas and exceed sales goals
• Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise
• Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
• Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
• Notate files and keep communication up to date within the CRM
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and management
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

Requirements

:

• You must desire to make a minimum of $55,000
• Maintain positive go getter attitude
• Able to remain focused on achieving goals regardless of customer feedback
• Dedicated to multiple outbound calls daily
• Computer literate
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Professional and courteous disposition
