Position Summary

: The candidate should be customer-driven, detail- oriented, articulate, and capable of multi-tasking. Excellent communication skills, computer knowledge and math aptitude are needed for this position. A.J. is dedicated to industry leading customer service - we stand behind our products, service, and employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Assist customers via email and telephone in placing orders
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Access the order entry system to provide customers with accurate and timely information
• Answer general and technical questions from customers
• Assist with marketing projects: maintain inventory of samples & literature and ship to customers as requested EXPERIENCE
• Post high school education and customer service or sales experience is preferred SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
• Exhibit a daily commitment to quality and productivity
• Possess strong decision making and analytical skills
• Highly organized
• Work well within a team and possess the ability to manage stress
• Professional demeanor
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
• Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 10 pounds and up to 25 pounds with assistance
• Ability to sit for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)
• Use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
