Compensation

: $25-$33/hour (DOE) | Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Equipment Provided: Dedicated Desk Travel: Occasional out-of-state travel for training Role

Overview

: We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Support professional with strong mechanical knowledge of industrial/commercial boilers and heating systems. In this role, you will provide critical support to our aftermarket sales efforts by producing accurate quotes, assisting with system upgrades, and ensuring customer and technician needs are addressed efficiently. This position is primarily office-based with a focus on NetSuite quoting , project coordination , and customer service support. Primary

Responsibilities

: Quoting and Sales Support

• Gather critical information for accurate quoting (equipment specifications, site requirements, and upgrade scopes)
• Create and manage quotes for burner upgrades, boiler conversions, control retrofits, and service contracts using NetSuite
• Review and verify pipe sizing, access needs, lift requirements, and logistical considerations for job sites
• Support the generation of annual service contracts and preventative maintenance agreements Customer and Technician Collaboration
• Assist technicians with parts needs and field conditions to ensure quotes are complete and accurate
• Respond to "extra work" cases submitted from the field to expedite quoting turnaround
• Call existing customers to promote aftermarket solutions and follow up on outstanding proposals Operational and Project Support
• Process and manage purchase orders through NetSuite
• Track vendor orders and coordinate deliveries of materials
• Assist with R-Stamp paperwork and compliance processes when needed
• Communicate with internal teams (service, project management, parts) to align scopes and execution plans

Qualifications

:

• Solid mechanical understanding of industrial/commercial boiler systems and heating equipment
• Familiarity with burner upgrades, control retrofits, and boiler conversions for energy efficiency
• Required: Working knowledge of NetSuite for quoting and purchase order management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work closely with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working full-time in an office environment, with occasional field visits if needed
• Prior experience in parts sales, quoting, or aftermarket services is preferred Key Attributes for Success:
