Our platform combines deep consumer data--including credit, property, and behavioral signals--with machine learning models that drive smarter decisions across marketing channels like direct mail, social, and programmatic. Our clients include dealer groups, automotive marketing agencies, CRM/DMS platforms , and companies that depend on enriched, in-market consumer data to power their marketing and attribution efforts. Your Role: Automotive Sales Executive We're hiring a hunter with a brain--someone who's sharp, curious, and relentless when it comes to uncovering opportunities and closing deals. This role is focused on solution selling to clients in the automotive ecosystem, including DMS providers, CRM platforms, agencies, and vendors. You'll sell a mix of data licensing, AI-powered decision tools, and integrated audience solutions. You must be able to hold your own in technical conversations, understand how data flows into automotive systems, and clearly communicate product value to both sales-minded and technical buyers. What You'll Do * Own the automotive vertical , identifying and closing new business with CRM/DMS companies, agencies, data vendors, and software partners * Sell our proprietary AI-enhanced audience and decision solutions into the automotive retail and marketing ecosystem * Lead outreach efforts and hunt for new opportunities--you'll be expected to prospect, pitch, and close * Understand and communicate technical solutions in a consultative way--how our data integrates, how our AI modeling enhances results, and what makes us different * Build long-term, trust-based client relationships with key decision-makers in automotive tech and marketing * Collaborate cross-functionally with product and dev teams to provide feedback and shape automotive-specific offerings What We 're Looking For * Based in Austin, TX preferred (we love local energy and in-person collab), but remote applicants with the right background will be considered * Experience in the automotive industry --ideally with direct knowledge of DMS/CRM providers, dealer groups, or automotive marketing platforms * Experience selling data, tech, or AI-related products into automotive accounts * Knowledge of how data powers marketing and consumer experiences in the automotive world * Comfortable digging into product details and translating complex tech into clear client value * You're a hunter --self-driven, proactive, and motivated by big wins * You're tech literate (no coding needed, but must be fluent in tools and workflows) * You thrive in a solution sales environment and understand long-term client lifecycle value * You're hungry, high-energy, ethical, and adaptable What We Offer * A well-established and profitable company with startup flexibility and speed * A ground-floor seat on a growing sales team with huge territory upside * A product that's AI-powered, high-value, and in demand * Strong, uncapped commission structure with high earning potential * Cross-functional support from product, ops, and dev teams * A fun, collaborative culture with people who love what they do About DecisionLinks We deliver data as a service.
