Responsibilities - Actively engage with customers in the dealership to understand their needs and preferences for vehicle purchases. - Utilize public speaking skills to present vehicles and features effectively during customer interactions. - Provide sales support by assisting customers throughout the buying process, ensuring a seamless experience. - Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals and improve overall sales performance. - Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to better serve customers. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Experience in upselling and managing a sales pipeline is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast- paced environment. A passion for automobiles and a desire to learn about various makes and models is essential. Eligible for employment in the United States. Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be insurable by our auto insurance provider.
