This position will work directly with corporate management as well as retail store managers on compliance issues, DMV paperwork as well as all paperwork associated with the sale of a vehicle. They will also take customer payments in person or via phone and reconcile the previous business day's monies and make the deposits each day. They will work closely with the CEO/Owner of the company with typing up memos, taking notes in meetings etc. The primary requirements are a friendly demeanor, a great "can do" attitude, and the desire to learn. A professional, friendly demeanor is critical and business casual dress is required. There is always something to be done so we are not looking for people that need to be reminded or re-motivated.
