Job Summary: The Home Care Consultant plays a crucial role in growing the business by establishing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, community partners, and potential clients. This position focuses on both marketing and sales efforts to ensure that Right At Home's services are top of mind when referral sources are speaking with individuals or families in need of care. Below is a breakdown of the responsibilities for a Home Care Consultant: Key Responsibilities: * Building Relationships: * Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such hospice, hospitals, home health, Skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, social workers, and discharge planners. * Establish strong community partnerships to increase brand recognition and promote services. * Engage with families to understand their needs and offer suitable care options. * Sales & Marketing: * Actively market Right At Home's services to referral sources, ensuring they are aware of the high-quality home care options available. * Create and implement strategies to generate new referrals and increase brand awareness. * Provide educational materials and resources to referral sources, and ensure they understand how to refer families and clients for home care services. * Referral Development: * Attend meetings, networking events, and community gatherings to promote Right At Home services and create referral opportunities. * Monitor and follow up on referral activity to ensure that clients' needs are being met and appropriate services are provided. * Community Outreach: * Represent Right At Home in the community by building relationships with local organizations and events. * Organize and attend health fairs, caregiver support groups, or other community events to spread awareness about home care options. * Tracking and Reporting: * Track all referral sources, leads, and marketing efforts, providing regular reports on sales activity and progress toward goals. * Keep up with industry trends and competitor services to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Experience: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with a diverse range of individuals. * Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, particularly in the healthcare or home care industry. * Knowledge of home care services and the ability to explain them clearly to clients and partners. * Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, attending various community events and meetings as necessary. This role is pivotal in expanding Right At Home's presence and ensuring families and referral sources are aware of the services provided.Right at Home, Inc.
