Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling cabinets and countertops. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, builders, and homeowners. Installation knowledge is a big plus, as it helps guide customers with confidence and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: * Promote and sell our cabinets and countertops to existing and new customers. * Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. * Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. * Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries. * Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth operations. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product lines and installation practices. Requirements: * Proven sales experience in cabinets and countertops (required). * Knowledge of cabinet installation (required). * Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
