Sales Leader - Design & Residential Remodeling Location: Hybrid (Remote + Site Visits in Cincinnati, Dayton, Lexington) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000-$60,000 base + commission (OTE: $120,000-$160,000+) About Us At Flourish Design , we help people feel beautiful at home. As our company grows, we're seeking a Sales Leader who's ready to build their own book of business, contribute to our expansion, and eventually grow a team of their own.
