Sales Leader - Design & Residential Remodeling Location: Hybrid (Remote + Site Visits in Cincinnati, Dayton, Lexington) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000-$60,000 base + commission (OTE: $120,000-$160,000+)

As our company grows, we're seeking a Sales Leader who's ready to build their own book of business, contribute to our expansion, and eventually grow a team of their own. What You 'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle for design and remodeling projects
• Conduct virtual consultations and on-site visits
• Collaborate with company leadership on sales strategy
• Track performance metrics and consistently hit revenue goals
• Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and care
• Recruit and mentor additional salespeople as we grow What We 're Looking For
• Passion for design, remodeling, and helping clients bring their vision to life
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• High level of self-motivation and accountability
• Proven experience in high-ticket sales, especially over the phone
• Willingness to travel regionally for site visits (mileage reimbursed)
• Bonus: , remodeling, or interior design is helpful but not required

Compensation

& Incentives

• Base Salary: $45,000-$60,000 (depending on experience)
• Commission: 6-10% of gross profit
• Higher commission rates for self-sourced leads
• Team Override Bonus: 1-3% of deals closed by reps you manage
• Tiered bonuses for hitting revenue milestones
• On-target earnings (OTE): $120,000-$160,000+
