Responsibilities

Overview

- Design Consultant / Sales Associate Greet customers and efficiently qualify each for the sale Utilize excellent closing skills Maintain working knowledge of merchandise as provided in training Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- Design Consultant / Sales Associate Motivated by sales and competitive commission pay Previous sales experience a plus , but not required High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service or retail experience Oral and written communications skills are required Rotating retail schedule includes some nights and week-ends What We Offer in Return - Design Consultant / Sales Associate Income potential 65K - 90K or more based on sales Competitive commission pay plan with no cap- the more you sell the more you make PTO for Vacation, Holiday and Sick Group Life, Health, Dental, LTD and Retirement Savings Plan Credit Union In-Store Discount after 6 months of service Training Provided Immediate Hire Location: 1829 South Loudoun Street, Winchester, Virginia 22601 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $69,522.00 - $77,218.00 per year
