Thomas Walters Estate Planning Attorneys is looking for a part time member to join our team. This position is to assist the Legal Assistant in basic receptionist and clerical duties 2-3 days a week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Maximum hours per week are expected to be approximately 24 hours per week. In addition, this individual must be able to work four (4) evenings per month, typically on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, until 8:00-8:30 pm. These evenings require driving to our local seminar venues and engaging in the marketing and sale of our firm's services. The ideal candidate should be professional in appearance, possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail, have reliable transportation, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and be able to be a positive ambassador for our firm. This position is an entry level position, with an hourly pay of 16.00 dollars per hour and no legal experience is necessary. In addition, a commission structure is included, based on the individual's ability to generate revenue at our monthly seminars.
