Duties * Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels. * Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess client needs. * Provide expert recommendations on roofing and remodeling solutions. * Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and contracts. * Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project success. * Stay informed on industry trends, products, and best practices. * Participate in company events, promotions, and sales contests. Requirements * Sales experience in a similar field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Ability to self-motivate and work independently while being a team player. * Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
