If you have a knack for building rapport over the phone, scheduling appointments, and delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you! Position Overview: As a Phone Ninja , you'll be on the front lines working with our dealership clients, handling customer calls, and setting appointments for vehicle sales. Your primary mission is to make sure customers get the attention they need and keep our dealership clients appointment calendar full. You'll use our software tools to manage customer interactions and optimize appointment scheduling. This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy position, and you'll be a key player in our clients' success. Key Responsibilities: * Outbound Calls: Make high-volume phone calls to dealership customers, engage in meaningful conversations, and help schedule appointments for sales. * Customer Appointment Setting: Proactively work with customers to find the best times for them to visit the dealership, ensuring a steady stream of appointments for the sales team. * Client Collaboration: Work closely with dealerships to understand their specific needs and ensure appointments are booked efficiently, aligned with their sales goals. * CRM Management: Use our CRM software to track customer interactions, manage appointment schedules, and ensure all leads are followed up on in a timely manner. * Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers over the phone, providing an exceptional customer experience while ensuring they are excited to visit the dealership. * Team Support: Assist the rest of the TECOBI team with managing client communications and follow-up as needed to keep things running smoothly. Qualifications: * Experience: Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably within the automotive industry. * Phone Skills: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and able to engage customers and set appointments in a friendly and persuasive manner. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage customer data and appointments. * Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer personalities and needs. * Goal-Oriented: Motivated by meeting and exceeding targets, with a strong focus on driving results for our dealership clients. * Team Player: Ability to collaborate with both internal teams and dealership staff to ensure appointments are set and leads are nurtured effectively. * Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
