7 Hills Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced MotorClothes Apparel Sales Associate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers in selecting Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, and merchandise. You will maintain product knowledge, ensure merchandise displays are appealing, and provide top-notch customer service. Our MotorClothes department is a key part of the Harley-Davidson experience, offering customers high-quality riding gear, apparel, and accessories. We are looking for a passionate and customer- focused MotorClothes Associate to join our team! Compensation & Benefits The MotorClothes Associate Sales Associate role is a full-time position with on-target earnings of $31,000-$45,000 per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. 7 Hills Harley-Davidson offers a wide array of benefits including employee discounts, sales training, and personal development opportunities. Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in selecting Harley-Davidson MotorClothes, gear, and accessories. * Provide expert advice on riding apparel, protective gear, and casual wear. * Maintain a clean and visually appealing showroom and merchandise displays. * Process transactions accurately using the dealership's point-of-sale system. * Stay informed on the latest Harley-Davidson products and promotions. * Assist in stocking, organizing, and managing inventory. * Build relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience. * Support dealership events and promotions by showcasing MotorClothes products.
