We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our team. This position is Hybrid in our Houston location. * Coordinate all necessary commercial input required to respond to tenders; i.e., legal, controlling, logistics, quality etc. Using established templates, prepare a professional response to the tender. * Ensure all specifications and requirements are reviewed and responded to in the required timeframe by the subject matter experts. * Completion and submission of tenders to the offering party (customer, distributor, EPC firms, etc). * Streamline bid management process by developing and maintaining a central database/repository of commonly needed answers and documentation for quick turnaround on requests. * Performs other duties as needed and assigned. Your Qualifications * Education: High School diploma required. Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of bid management for Request for Quote, Request for Pricing, RFPs, governmental entity pricing offers. Prior work in a customer service environment or project management. Skills: * Strong attention to detail and organization is a must * Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously * Prior experience project managing large RFPs * Intermediate (or better) knowledge of database and\or spreadsheet tools (MS Excel) * Intermediate SAP knowledge preferred but not required * Project management experience a plus The Dr ager Workplace Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field-based sales and service positions.
