Preferred Auto Illinois Rd. is looking for a Salesperson! Previous Auto Sales Experience Preferred, but Not Required. SALES POSITION AUTOMOTIVE SALES Reports to Sales Manager Pay: $600 Weekly Draw toward Monthly Bonus Plan: Car Sales/Customer Service Qualifications required: * Previous Sales experience required * Great customer service and attitude * Acceptable driving and background check * Basic computer knowledge Essential functions and responsibilities: Customer Service/ Customer Retention * Product Knowledge * Selling/Promoting of Product * Assists General Manager in daily/monthly duties * Communicate with co-workers and management in a professional manner * Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, and work procedures Nonessential functions: Perform other related duties as assigned Success factor/job Competencies: * Management-ability to organize and manage multiple situations * Planning-ability to think ahead and plan out day/week * Problem analysis and problem function * Desire to work independently yet be a strong team player Physical Demands: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
