Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Miami, FL. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach and engagement, and market research. Qualifications * A passionate and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a results-driven environment * Highly coachable and resilient with a go-getter attitude and a determination to excel * A team player with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of the real estate industry * Bachelor's degree in a related field Responsibilities * Leverage various contact methods such as cold calling and in-person meetings to originate and close transactions * Manages a pipeline of opportunities, leveraging client data/analytics to plan and prioritize activities * Build Strong Relationships * Collaborate effectively with the team to engage clients, drive origination, and create action plans for success * Gain a deep understanding of Bay Street's businesses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
