Overview We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic clinical research team. This role is a front office administrative role with a strong emphasis on recruitment of research patients. We need someone who excels in phone skills, recruitment, creative solutions , building rapport with patients , demonstrates strong critical thinking skills , and is fluent in Spanish. Duties * Recruitment of potential study subjects via database calls, outreach, leads, etc * Minimum of 100-120 phone calls per day * Working with the team in finding creative ways to reach out to potential subjects/patients * Provide administrative assistance to the research team, scheduling appointments, following up with patients, preparing charts and paperwork * Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with research regulations. * Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and improve patient care during the study. * Occasionally assist with back office duties. Qualifications * Fluency in Spanish (required). * Medical Assistant certification or call center, telemarketing, sales experience. * Upbeat personality with strong phone skills. * Experience in building strong relationships and rapport with patients. * Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve. * Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinical protocols. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in a clinical research recruitment is a plus but not required.
