Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide them with information about available vehicles. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements. * Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits through engaging presentations. * Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory by keeping track of vehicle availability and ensuring proper display. * Utilize retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. * Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. * Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations throughout the sales process. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Experience * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions. * Public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. * Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement. * Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus. * A background in retail math is beneficial for assisting customers with financing options.
