Full description of the position

With every interaction, the Client Services team is accountable for delivery and execution, increasing profitability, and championing the relationship with the client - working side by side with all internal Red House teams. The ability to provide highly effective solutions to meet a client's needs in a rapidly changing marketing environment is paramount. With a digital-first focus, the Account Manager will develop and implement multi-faceted programs that deliver value to our clients, while being fiscally accountable for the agency. Additionally, the Account Manager will successfully balance day-to-day delivery for assigned clients with identifying and nurturing opportunities to deepen the engagement and grow revenue. Responsibilities for the successful candidate include: * Meeting, or exceeding, client revenue goals * Own the process for developing strategic account plans for assigned clients * Consistently delivering of on-time, on-budget, and profitable execution of client programs * Client satisfaction and the ability to develop positive and productive client relationships * Partnering across the internal Red House teams to consistently produce strategies and programs that generate outstanding results * Substantial contribution to the continuing expansion and growth of Red House digital services * As needed, support efforts by our business development team to secure, onboard and efficiently launch new clients SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE: * Must have deep understanding and documented experience across digital channels, including email, display media, paid search and social media * Specific expertise/knowledge includes marketing automation, targeting, segmentation, modeling and analytics to provide appropriate client program recommendations * Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work/adapt in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment based on evolving client requirements * Business negotiation expertise * Creative problem solving and analytic skills * Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills * Proactively develops solutions to address problems that arise EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * 5-7 years of hands-on client management experience in an agency environment - B2B experience a major plus * Consistent, progressive and successful client management work experience with an advertising or marketing agency * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field * Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word Seniority Level Manager Industry Marketing and Advertising Employment Type Full-time Job Functions Marketing Management WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN CLICKING "" Clicking the "Apply" button will redirect you to the Red House Employment Screening.
