Job description Outside Sales Rep for Exterior LED Lighting *Preferred central residence in Dallas We need experienced, sales personnel to join our team. This is a commission-based position with high earning potential selling our cutting-edge LED lighting system. Pay can range as high as $100/hour. We are looking for ambitious individuals with sales experience in home service products that appreciate a flexible work arrangement, are organized and detail-oriented, follow-up with their sales pipeline diligently, and enjoy delivering a high-quality customer service experience to clients. Job Responsibilities Using company-generated leads: * Estimate and quote our Exterior Home and Commercial Lighting product * Build and provide the quote to the client * Meet minimum lead conversion numbers Job Skills & Qualifications Required: * Sales experience in home services and products * Excellent communication skills and self-presentation * Comfortable with computers, tablets, basic software * Attention to detail * Valid drivers license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Outside Sales: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
