Overview

: iVideo, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Warehouse Assistant to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our sales staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

: - Greet visitors, manage office supplies, help with deliveries/mail, and other basic office tasks. - Perform various sales administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records. - Work on proposals and other sales tasks with iVideo's sales professionals. - Provide customer support and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner. - Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Maintain a high level of organizational skills, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. - Possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with office management and front desk duties. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
