We are seeking a skilled Sales & Front Desk Manager to lead sales initiatives and oversee front desk operations in our upscale clinic. Job Description: As the Sales & Front Desk Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless front desk operations. This hybrid role combines strategic sales leadership with receptionist duties, requiring a dynamic professional with a passion for aesthetics and client service. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue. * Manage CRM to track leads and client interactions. * Oversee front desk tasks, including scheduling, client greetings, and handling inquiries. * Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to promote services and specials. Qualifications: * 5+ years of sales experience in plastic surgery and/or med spa industry (required). * Proven proficiency with CRM systems. * Experience in front desk or receptionist roles, with strong multitasking skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities. * Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
