Job Summary: We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Sales & Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking * Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project scopes * Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and timelines based on plans/specs * Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors for pricing accuracy * Follow up on bids and maintain client communication throughout the sales process * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications: * Proven experience in construction sales and estimating (2+ years preferred) * Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 15 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * No nights * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sarasota, FL 34243
