Job Summary

: We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Sales & Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project scopes
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and timelines based on plans/specs
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors for pricing accuracy
• Follow up on bids and maintain client communication throughout the sales process
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in construction sales and estimating (2+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 15 per week Schedule:
