Overview

We seek a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician and inspector/sales person to join our team. In this role, you will manage pest control services for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients maintain pest-free environments while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods and experience with various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and assess the extent of infestations.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Develop customized pest management plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Educate clients on preventative measures and best practices for maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up visits.
• Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new pest control technologies. Experience
• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is advantageous.
• Background in sales or customer service is a plus, as you will engage directly with clients.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
