Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through warm calling and telemarketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to build relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate our product offerings to drive sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce products and services. * Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity and understanding during conversations. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience * Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Experience in technical sales is a plus, but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
