We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to help grow our membership base and create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

:Sales & Membership Growth:

• Drive new membership sales and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Convert leads into trial memberships and trials into full-time memberships.
• Execute outreach strategies to generate new leads (e.g., events, partnerships, social media engagement).
• Promote referral programs and member incentives to drive organic growth.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate F45's value proposition. Customer Engagement & Retention:
• Greet and engage with prospective members, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience.
• Follow up with leads, trial members, and inactive members to re-engage them.
• Assist with onboarding new members and tracking their progress.
• Handle inquiries related to membership options, pricing, and promotions.
• Work alongside the coaching team to enhance the member experience. Studio Operations & Team Support:
• Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist with check-ins, studio tours, and answering phone/email inquiries.
• Participate in marketing efforts, including social media, community events, and outreach campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with coaches and studio leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred.
• Passion for fitness and ability to communicate the benefits of F45 Training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Perks &
