Overview

We're looking for an energetic, people-driven Membership Sales Representative to help grow our FS8 studio community. FS8 is not your typical gym--it's a cutting-edge fitness experience that blends Pilates, yoga, and tone into one transformative class format. Your role will be to drive membership sales , connect with prospective members, and be a key part of building our studio's reputation in the local wellness scene. • Drive new membership sales through outside sales , community outreach, and local partnerships
• Use our CRM system to track leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up with prospective members
• Host studio tours , phone consultations, and in-person or virtual membership presentations
• Implement creative upselling and referral strategies to maximize value per member
• Represent FS8 at local events and within the surrounding community
• Hit weekly and monthly membership targets while maintaining strong member relationships
• Collaborate with studio staff and marketing to create impactful promotions and campaigns
• Deliver a five-star experience from first contact through the member onboarding process

Who You Are

• You've got proven sales experience (especially in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands)
• You're confident doing outreach , walking into businesses, and striking up conversations
• You love a CRM and understand the value of following up and staying organized
• You thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and aren't afraid of a target
• You're a fitness enthusiast who believes in the FS8 mission and can share that passion authentically
