Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will assist in product demonstrations, manage transactions, and maintain the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. * Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills are essential for handling transactions. * Experience in supervising or training new staff is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Ability to perform retail math calculations effectively. * A passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
