We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. You will assist in product demonstrations, manage transactions, and maintain the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills are essential for handling transactions.
• Experience in supervising or training new staff is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations effectively.
