Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Bathroom Remodel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to assess their needs, present tailored remodeling solutions, and close sales. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and manage projects from initial consultation through completion will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations to understand homeowners' needs for bathroom remodeling projects. * Present options and solutions that align with their vision, preferences, and budget. * Close sales confidently, ensuring the homeowner feels supported throughout the decision-making process. * Manage sold and pending projects with consistent updates to ensure a smooth workflow from start to finish. * Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up. * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a trusted representative of the company. Qualifications: * 3+ years of in-home sales experience * Proven track record of generating $1M+ of in-home sales. * Experience with bathroom remodeling or similar home remodeling projects * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
