Client Service Representative Description of duties: The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing all interactions with Clients throughout their buyback experience, from the handoff of a purchase order from our Procurement department through the delivery of results to the client. This includes managing requests from the Client, as well as proactive touch-points. This position is successful when Clients are kept informed across their buyback experience, issues are resolved quickly, and the Client gives us a favorable survey at the conclusion of their buyback event. The specific responsibilities are to: * Manage the buyback lifecycle of assigned purchase orders from the point that Procurement establishes a purchase order through the point where Finance pays the Client with all interaction points completed successfully and on-time once a Sales Order has been assigned. * Promptly and proactively communicate issues to the Client for resolution throughout shipment, delivery, and the overall buyback process. * Respond to all Client inquiries promptly and appropriately, escalating requests to internal team members for resolution within 1 business day. * Communication with Clients, including updated timelines, throughout the Client experience. * Obtain a favorable survey at the conclusion of each Cl ient buyback event. Qualifications/Requirements: * Familiarity with Excel, preferred. * One or more years of experience with a major CRM system, experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus. * One or more years of experience with a major ERP system, experience with NetSuite/Oracle is a plus. * Three or more years of Customer Service or Success experience.
