More information about us could be found at [please apply online] Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically targeting builders and contractors for cabinet and flooring sale. This role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle some general administrative tasks. As a new venture in this geography, we are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who can drive growth and establish our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and other key clients. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the flooring industry. * Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers. * Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals. * Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service. * Coordinate with the warehouse logistics team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management. * Help organize and participate in local and national builders' shows and events. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors. * Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry. * Proven track record of successful sales targeting builders and contractors. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
