We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring our mission of quality and happiness translates effectively to our customers. Responsibilities * Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. * Coordinate and manage sales schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team. * Maintain and update customer databases, tracking sales leads and opportunities effectively. * Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and promotions that align with brand initiatives. * Prepare sales reports and presentations, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. * Handle customer inquiries and support, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. * Organize and facilitate sales training sessions and ongoing education for team members. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for the beverage industry and commitment to Tito's values of quality and community.
