Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a performance-based sales environment and has a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring residential properties that align with our investment strategy. This position offers a flexible schedule with Sundays and Mondays off and the ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Answer inbound calls from potential sellers.
  • Follow up with inbound leads for properties to purchase.
  • Talk directly to sellers to collect information regarding their motivation to sell and property conditions.
  • Set appointments for acquisitions team members.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward company goals.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends, zoning laws, and investment strategies.
Qualifications

:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience not required).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and property values to drive sales success.
  • Basic understanding of contracts and real estate transactions.
