Sales & Operations Specialist - Full-Time | In-Office Join a Fast-Growing Restoration Company with Excellent Benefits! Emergency Restoration Experts (ERX) is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy *Sales & Operations Specialist * to support our dynamic sales and operations teams. This full-time, in-office role is perfect for someone with a background in sales support or operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately manage job intake, sales leads, and commission data across platforms. * Serve as the first point of contact for new project leads and collect essential intake information. * Prepare, audit, and reconcile commission reports to ensure accuracy. * Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and team coordination. * Collaborate with project managers, sales reps, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow. * Identify and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency. What You Bring: * 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or administrative roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). * Experience with CRM systems and strong attention to data accuracy. * Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. * Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Restoration industry experience is helpful but not required.
