Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Landscape Maintenance Account Manager (and assistant) to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal person will be responsible for managing properties to the customers satisfaction, managing multiple crews, projects, and keeping a close eye on the overall health of the properties you are assigned to. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and management staff through regular communication. * Use operating software and perform data entry. * Work closely with managers to make properties, projects and enhancements look great. * Maintain and keep all company trucks, equipment, power tools, tools, etc., in a clean and working order. * Along with maintaining all the items above, it is also important that we keep our trucks, equipment, etc., clean to keep our company image looking good and preserving the life of what we use. Qualifications * We are looking for a qualified person who has at least 1 full year of experience, however, anything 3 years plus is the candidate we are looking for * Being able to work well with others is must, from top management all the way to those on crews, we are a company that cares about having a culture that is desirable to work for! * Working closely with your direct manager is also a must.
