Overview

: We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati/Dayton team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving customer needs, and contributing to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote Yesco's products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions for sign and lighting maintenance, repair, and new installations.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, both inbound and outbound.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM software.

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience (inside sales or customer service preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
