Position Summary

: As a P&C Insurance Account Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for policyholders, providing assistance with policy questions, changes, claims support, and more. This role requires a proactive communicator who can handle client needs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding policy coverage, billing, and claims.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and documentation updates.
• Assist with quoting and binding policies using carrier platforms.
• Collaborate with producers/agents to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.

Requirements

:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Prior experience in insurance or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and insurance systems (AMS, carrier platforms, etc.). What We Offer:
