Overview

: As a Fitness Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key player in growing our community. This role combines front desk responsibilities, lead generation, and strong sales focus in a fun and fitness-forward atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Perform sales tours and enroll new members
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio
• Update daily goal boards and participate in sales challenges
• Support social media and community outreach efforts We 're Looking For:
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
