You will develop long-term relationships with clients, identify their vehicle preferences, and assist them in selecting the ideal Ford model. This is a commission-driven role where your success is directly tied to your ability to provide top-notch service and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Engage Customers: Greet customers warmly and take the time to understand their vehicle needs, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the best options from our extensive Ford inventory. * Product Knowledge: Offer detailed explanations and demonstrations of vehicle features, technology, and performance during test drives, ensuring customers are well-informed. * Negotiate and Close Deals: Clearly communicate vehicle pricing, including taxes, trade-in allowances, discounts, and financing options. Effectively close sales and finalize transactions. * Paperwork and Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, financing documents, and other required paperwork to ensure smooth transactions. * Prospect for New Business: Actively prospect and build a steady pipeline of new customers through referrals, networking, and follow-up communications. * Customer Relationship Management: Utilize our advanced customer management system to maintain communication with current and prospective customers, ensuring a seamless and ongoing relationship. * Exceed Expectations: Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals and quotas while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
