Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to present drainage solutions
• Build trust and rapport with potential clients
• Close sales and manage contracts effectively
• Collaborate with office and installation teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and minimal follow-up where necessary
• Willingness to get a little dirty inspecting crawlspaces at times What We're Looking For:
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance
• Strong drive to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong closing ability and negotiation skills
• Proven sales experience preferred (home improvement, in-home, or construction-related sales a plus)
