You 'll bring: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Sales experience with in home sales related to home improvement is HIGHLY PREFERRED * Be willing to work as a member of a team * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Valid Driver's License and able to pass a background check * The ability to meet new people with confidence. What you do: * Work with the client to educate and assist them on the build process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and the office, keeping everyone in the loop. * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily If you have sales experience with bath and kitchen remodeling, garages, windows, or other home improvement sales, we are interested in talking to you today!
