Full description of the position
Groskopf Warehouse and Logisitics is seeking a customer service representative. Ideal candidate will act as a liaison to our customers and will respond to all inquiries as well as address and resolve any customer concerns/issues. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Confirm customer inventory and service needs are met or exceeded in a timely fashion while delivering complete support that drives customer satisfaction. In addition to building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base, this position will support all customer touch points, focusing on quality issues such as case resolution, EDI and coordinating a range of services provided on site with the Operations team. This is an essential position that has direct impact on our company reputation and profitability. In addition, this position supports company sales and distribution operations by providing outstanding customer service support in a positive and continual improvement mode. Candidate will provide front line customer service to our clients and specialize in problem resolution. Applicants should be able to: * Enter orders into AMS from a variety of inputs: email, fax and direct. * Answer phone email and fax requests regarding inventory and order status in a timely and professional manner. * Provide exceptional customer service ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. * Implement corrective and preventive measures to improve customer satisfaction and meet quality Key Performance Indicators. * Respect and meet critical deadlines needed to ensure workloads are presented to the operational team with sufficient time to be processed effectively. * Analyze data or statistics to identify the customer service level the organization is providing. * Support multiple departments in peak periods and many team members in tasks such as checking drivers in, shipping items in AMS, helping with FedEx shipments and other misc duties. * Embrace, live and communicate our company core values in everything you do Familiarity with wine product or wine industry experience a must.
