The Country's Largest Pool Builder is looking for A TOP LEVEL SALES & DESIGN ASSOCIATE! Premier Pools & Spas, the Nation's largest, privately owned and fastest-growing swimming pool builder has an amazing opportunity for a Sales & Design Associate to sell and design swimming pools and develop a new territory! Job is paid draw/commission. All leads supplied by company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct "Design Consultation" where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership * After assessing customer needs and expectations, design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software (Pool Studio) * Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments * Using a presentation binder, conduct "design presentation" to present the company, provides differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers * Be present during the construction process, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases * Build referral relationships * Excellent communication skills for proactive customer communication along with proper conflict resolution skills * Other duties as assigned Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: * 3+ years' experience in swimming pool industry preferred. * 5+ years' successful experience in fast paced, top-level sales required. * Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's in related field a plus! * Must have valid driver's license * Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report * Pool Studio design an/or Landscape design experience preferred * ProEdge Build (Premier Build) Project Management software experience a plus * Self-starter * Positive Attitude * Teachable * Competitive * Motivator * Strong Work Ethic * Person of Integrity * Proficient on Basic Computer Functions: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Successful Experience in Fast-Paced, Top Level Six-Figure Sales * Reliable transportation needed to attend meetings, sales appointments, etc Job Compensation: * Uncapped commissions * Average first-year earnings $75,000-125,000+ in annual earnings * Year 2+: $ 125,000 - $ 200,000+ in annual earnings * First year draws on Future commissions * First-class sales incentive trips Are you a bright, driven, sales professional who is looking for an amazing opportunity to make a great income in pool sales and grow one of the latest territories added to our 140+ nationwide locations?
