Compensation

: $70-80k Base Salary plus uncapped commissions on meeting performance metrics and enhancement sales. This position should exceed $100k.

Job Description

: BraveView was engaged by a leading Commercial Landscape company located in the Charlotte market. This company grew over 40% in 2024 and had a contract renewal rate of over 97%. In addition, their employee retention was 100% which says a lot about the quality of the culture. This newly created Account Manager position will oversee and grow a $1.2mm book of business that consists of HOA's, Multifamily and Commercial properties. An ideal candidate should have knowledge of landscape maintenance principles and business acumen to ensure a high level of service. This role will work closely with the clients to meet the expectations on the public presentation of the properties. The Account Manager role conducts monthly on-site visits with clients to cover topics such as quality control, enhancement sales, contract renewals to drive the overall success of a clients property. This is a customer-focused position that also requires a hands-on, solutions-oriented mentality as they work closely with Operations Managers overseeing crews. Must have a basic working knowledge of the following:

• Soil preparation techniques, treatments and amendments.
• Tree and shrub planting, care, pruning, trimming.
• Proper usage and handling of chemical and fertilizers.
• Landscape design concept, plant usage and function.
• Irrigation and drainage systems installation and troubleshooting.
• Installation, operation, and programming of controllers, valves and sprinkles.
